St. Edmond Catholic School exists, in part, because of our wonderful family of volunteers. Our families are very involved and their efforts provide many extra benefits to our students.
 

All of our volunteers must go through VIRTUS training. 
Virtus, or Protecting God’s Children, is a national program for educating people about child abuse and teaching them how to recognize and prevent it, and is an online class with video and instruction. It discusses warning signs that can help us identify potential child or elder abuse before it happens.
